The New York State Construction Grant Program is a competitive grant program funded annually to support facilities projects in public libraries in New York State. The grant funds are part of the New York State budget and are administered to public libraries through the Division of Library Development (DLD) and public library systems. Construction activity means any dismantling, leveling or excavation associated with a large construction activity or associated with a small construction activity.
